Mandatory screening for all 7th graders and new to NISD

NISD HEALTH SERVICES HEALTH SCREENING NOTICE

Northwest ISD Health Services will be conducting state mandated screenings during the fall semester of this school year. The State of Texas requires schools to conduct the following health screenings in school-age children. These screenings are: Vision and Hearing, Acanthosis Nigricans, and Spinal screening. Please see the attached document for further information on these screenings.  Pike will be participating in these screenings on ​Tuesday, October 22nd.
