Monday

- Cross Country meet at Pike

Tuesday

- Football- 8th home, 7th away vs. Worthington
- Pep Rally 2:30- 3:30 7th/8th graders. 6th will be participating in a fun activity.

Wednesday
|
- NHS homecoming parade starts at 6:00
- Texan drive will be affected for parade route

Thursday
|
- Volleyball- 8th away, 7th home vs. Adams
- Spirit dress up day- Super Hero
|
|
Friday
|
- Picture day. 6th PE, 7th/8th Social Studies

Friday Sept. 15th Picture Day:
- No money required on picture day.
- 6th will take during their PE class, 7th/8th during Social Studies
- Proofs will be emailed a couple of weeks after the 15th.
Open House: Thursday Sept. 21st:
- Come and go event from 5:30- 7:00
- Special presentation in the library:
- 5:30- 6:00 Mean, Rude and Bullying
- 6:00- 6:30- Vaping 101
- 6:30- 7:00- General PTA Meeting
- Also on site will be our new WATCH D.O.G.S program.
- Stop by the Lost and Found section too!
First Dance: Friday Sept. 22nd:
- 4:30- 6:30 Pike Competition gym
- Students will be allowed to stay afterschool and wait until 4:30. Students can also go home and come back if they choose.
- Bags will be kept in a location.
- Having the dance early allows all our students the opportunity to stay and enjoy the fun.
- Tickets are $5 and will be sold starting the week of Sept. 18th
- Casual Dress, shorts are fine. (Students usually get hot dancing and having fun!)
- PTA will have concessions for sale in the cafeteria.
- Parents pick up in the front of the building.
IDs and SmartTags
- We are going to start having students attach their IDs and SmartTags to their backpack every 8th period.
- ID replacement cost is $4
