Make plans to attend Northwest ISD Academy Nights

In-person Academy Nights will be held across the district next week, and all Northwest ISD middle school students and their families are invited to attend!

The Career and Technical Education department will host tours through the district's four high school academy facilities, providing an opportunity for interested students to visit with academy teachers and learn more about available programs. This is the perfect opportunity for current eighth-grade students to see if an academy is the right choice for them! 

All events will begin at 6 p.m.

• STEM Academy

Tuesday, October 24: Eaton High School 

• Aviation and Aeronautics Academy
• Business Management and Entrepreneurship Academy

Monday, October 30: Byron Nelson High School

• Biomedical Sciences Academy
• Culinary Arts and Hospitality Academy

*Please note the Northwest ISD Cosmetology Academy at Steele ECHS is a two-year, blended program during a student's junior and senior years. Students may submit enrollment requests for the Cosmetology Academy in tenth grade.
